• Self-piercing, one-step processing (no hole preparation necessary)

• No impairment of the structure and function of the thread or damage by welding spatter
• High resistance to twist out and push out forces, even with thin component thicknesses
• Tolerance field limits for the positioning of the nut can be halved (compared to welding processes)
• Simple, process-accompanying and non-destructive quality checks by the worker instead of time-consuming destructive tests
