The kit contains one hand tool, one flat punch, seven punches and dies, one punch adapter bushing, one edge-depth guide, five fastener anvils and a storage case. The metric kit installs nut sizes M2 to M5, while the unified kit installs nut sizes #2-56 to #10-32.
Features and Benefits
As designed, the system interfaces with the die and the press with surprising ease. Through the use of a multi pin twist lock connector it is virtually plug and play. All that is needed to operate the system is a standard 110V (230V for Europe) receptacle and shop air.
Other advantages are that the standard tooling is in press removable and can handle complex work pieces reaching into areas generally considered inaccessible. Additionally, if required special tooling can be engineered to fit your specific application. The complete in-die fastener installation system consists of the die tooling, fastener-feeding system module, the die-sensing module, and the support needed to make every project a success.

Haeger® 824 OneTouch-5e
The 824 OT-5e is fully hydraulic, 8 ton of force, and 24" throat depth. The OT-5e is best suited for high volume parts with flanges or boxes under 3" and fasteners up to 0616 ( M10 ) in mild steel and 0516 ( M6 ) in stainless. The 824 OT-5e has a 4 station upper and lower auto tool changer and four auto feed bowls where you can insert 4 fasteners automatically allowing you to get the most benefit of single part handling. Single Part Handling allows you to increase your process flow by inserting four different fasteners all with their own pressure settings and only handle the part once. This feature eliminates the bottle neck. This machine also has full quality control with fastener length, fastener detection, insertion mapping, and program storage. Our InsertionLogic software has a built in wizard to quickly guide you through setting up a program based on the fasteners selected and automatically sets force, dwell, and eject time, bowl vibration and all other settings needed. The 824 OT-5e lite is fully hydraulic, 8 ton of force, 24" throat depth, and is powered either by 208, 220, 380, or 480 three phase. The options available are hand crank, auto feed, and Laser Light. The OT-5e lite is best suited for mid to high volume parts with fasteners up to 0616 ( M10 ) in mild steel and 0516 ( M6 ) in stainless. This machine is also good for soft aluminum parts with the positive stop feature where force required is less than 1,000 lbs.
